Anissa Padilla
Director of Sales and Marketing
As director of Sales and Marketing at Loma Clara, Anissa Padilla spends every day helping seniors and their loved ones find the perfect place to call home. She began her career in property management sales before discovering her ability to make an impact in our seniors’ lives.
Outside of work, Anissa enjoys spending time with her fiancé and cuddling their dog, Jade. Anissa looks forward to bringing more new families to Loma Clara!

Cassandra Pace
Senior Business Office Director
Cassandra Pace has been part of the Loma Clara family since 2019, even before the community opened. Inspired by her grandparents, Cassandra has been working in the senior living industry for almost a decade now. In her current position, she assists with Loma Clara’s day-to-day operations and makes sure everything is running smoothly.
Originally from San Jose, Cassandra currently lives in Morgan Hill. In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing guitar and binge watching her favorite show, “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Ruben Aguilar
Culinary Services Director
Rubén Aguilar joined the Loma Clara team with more than 22 years of culinary experience. Born and raised in Colima, Mexico, Rubén has adopted a culinary style that includes tropical flavors, like his famous herb-crusted tilapia and fruit salsa garnish. Rubén has spent the past 16 years of his career perfecting his culinary craft in assisted and senior living communities, and his passion for cooking shows with every new recipe he makes.
Rubén lives in Morgan Hill and enjoys playing soccer and other outdoor activities with son in his free time.

Julie Mayder
Senior Resident Care Director
Julie Mayder, the Resident Care director at Loma Clara, has been a nurse for 27 years, 14 of which were in the assisted living space. She has a passion for working with and caring for our senior population and brings her positive energy and experience to work every day.
Julie is a mother of four: three sons and her cat, Milkshake. In her spare time, she loves to hike, spend time at the beach and enjoy an afternoon watching Netflix.

Maria Martinez
Generations Program Director
Maria Martinez is the Generations Program director at Loma Clara. Maria began working in the senior living industry over 20 years ago as a caregiver and has since become a certified medical assistant and fallen in love with senior care. She is a passionate and caring worker.
Originally from San Jose, Maria enjoys spending time with her three sons and two dogs. When she’s not working, she loves to watch sports and cheer on her son at his soccer games.

Rebecca DiRubio
Vibrant Life® Director
Rebecca DiRubio joined the Loma Clara team as the Vibrant Life® assistant several years ago and now serves as the Vibrant Life® director. Her favorite part of her job is being able to plan and execute activities with residents based on their individual interests and hobbies.
Originally from Cupertino, Rebecca has lived in Morgan Hill with her husband and two children for nearly 15 years now. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family, especially her young grandchildren.
