Jennifer Bruhn

Executive Director

Jennifer Bruhn discovered the senior living industry over 10 years ago and fell in love. Throughout those years, she has enjoyed working in almost every position before serving as our executive director at Loma Clara Senior Living. Jennifer’s favorite thing about working in senior living is the stories. She loves to hear our residents and staff share their stories. Jennifer loves helping facilitate an environment in which our residents and their families and our staff feel love, support and respect every day!

“We are one big family,” Jennifer said. She comes from a large family and loves celebrations in all forms. During her spare time, Jennifer is learning, exercising and being adventurous. Trying new restaurants and visiting new locations are always good ideas in her book.

Jamie Davies

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jamie Davies joins the Loma Clara team with years of experience in sales and marketing, customer service, and serving her community. She loves helping people and strongly believes in supporting our senior community.

Jamie has been a resident of Morgan Hill for the past 17 years. She has two sons, Nicholas  and Jonathan, a beautiful black lab named Trinity, and two cats, Gyspy and Jedi. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys time with her boys, friends and neighbors, picnics on the beach, long walks and hikes with her dog, and traveling (when allowed). She is looking forward to meeting all of you!

Julie Mayder

Resident Care Director

Julie Mayder has been a nurse for 25 years, 12 of which were in the assisted living space. She has a passion for working with our senior population. She first discovered this passion 12 years ago and has been working with seniors ever since. Julie is a mother to four: three sons and her cat, Milkshake. In her spare time, she loves to hike, spend time at the beach and enjoy an afternoon watching Netflix. Julie brings great energy and experience to our community, and we are lucky to have her overseeing our care department!

Jamison Jossis

Vibrant Life® Director

Jamison Jossis serves Loma Clara Senior Living as the Vibrant Life® director. He started his career working as a special education teacher but transitioned into senior care 10 years ago. Jamison focuses on wellness and aims to build a strong community and develop close relationships with residents. In his role as director, he can provide activities that highlight the philosophy and components of a Vibrant Life® experience. Jamison truly enjoys his service to the residents and becomes a part of their lives through the process of listening, engaging and assisting. Outside of the office, Jamison loves to spend time outdoors being active.


Sarah Serpa

Generations Program Director

Sarah Serpa first began her career in the senior living industry as a medication technician. In this role, she developed a passion for providing loving, respectful and dignified care to seniors with dementia. Sarah has since worked her way up to Generations program director and seeks to make a lasting impact within the Generations community.

In her spare time, Sarah loves spending time with her husband, reading, writing and enjoying nature.

Stephanie Howard

Program Educator

Stephanie Howard has worked in the senior living and care industry for over 40 years. She shows up to work every day ready to care for our residents and guide our staff in providing the highest quality of care.

Stephanie is a veteran, mom and woman of faith. Her love for the senior living industry shines every day.

Ruben Aguilar

Culinary Services Director

Ruben Aguilar, our Elevate dining chef, comes to Loma Clara with more than 17 years of culinary experience. Born and raised in Colima, Mexico, Ruben has adopted a culinary style that includes tropical flavors like his famous herb-crusted tilapia and fruit salsa garnish. Ruben has spent the past eight years of his career perfecting his culinary craft in assisted and senior living communities, and his passion for cooking shows with every new recipe he makes. Ruben lives in Morgan Hill, and enjoys playing soccer and other outdoor activities with his 15-year-old son in his free time.

Cassandra Pace

Business Office Director

Cassandra Pace has been working in assisted living since 2014, starting as a server in the dining room and working her way up the “food chain.” Cassandra started working at Loma Clara before its opening in 2019. In her current role, she assists with the day-to-day operations of our community.

Cassandra was born and raised in San Jose, Calif. She moved to Hollister 15 years ago to live with her grandparents and attend high school. Cassandra enjoys singing, playing guitar and making music in her spare time.
